Dan Chang and Breakfast In The Classroom

LAUSD School Board Candidate Dan Chang is bragging about bringing Breakfast in the Classroom (BIC) to the District. It was a program that was rolled out without any input from parents, teachers, or local school leaders. This is the top-down decision-making we don't need.
